Buying, Selling, Indenting

We trade in minerals, metals and all natural stone products used for the building industry as well as stone care products used for cleaning, restoration and maintenance of stone surfaces. Being associated with a wide range of industries, we also negotiate transactions for machinery, equipments and other industrial goods used by these industries. Depending on the business situation at the time of transaction, it may be viable for buyers to source their requirement directly from the first point of sale. However, either the buyer or the seller may not be geared to finalize the transaction . We offer our services to buyers and sellers as buying, selling or indenting agents for all the products we deal in as well as other industrial goods.

Acting as agents for a long time as well as our long term association with the transacting parties either in the capacity of buying agent or selling agent for the same range of products sometimes puts us in a position where we could act on behalf of either person. However, to carry out our function with efficiency, we normally act on behalf of only one of the transacting parties even though we may have good relations with both parties. Listed below are some of the possible ways we represent our customers:-

• Buying agents: We help our international customers to source raw materials, intermediates and manufactured products from India. Our business has been mainly exporting materials from India for a long time and our experience in this field has helped us gain knowledge and understanding of doing business in all parts of India. This experience helps our overseas buyers to source their requirements from the appropriate suppliers and also ensure that the transaction is completed on schedule without problems. If required by our clients we also arrange for inspection of the goods they source from suppliers in India. During course of foreign trade we have developed association with many international companies. This enables us to act as buying agents for Indian businesses to procure their requirements from overseas suppliers.

• Selling agents: Our experience in exports along with our association with reputed international companies helps Indian manufacturers of industrial goods to market their products overseas. We act as selling agents for Indian manufacturers and help them carry out all checks they need to do before transacting with overseas importers. Our base in India is also useful for foreign manufacturers to sell their products in India. We act as independent agents for foreign manufacturers to cause sale of their products in India. However, we encourage the Indian importers to enter into an agreement directly with the foreign manufacturers and satisfy themselves regarding availability of goods with our clients before entering into any transaction.

• Indenting agents: We have arrangements with certain manufacturers to act as exclusive agents on their behalf and procure orders for products manufactured by them to buyers in pre determined geographical territories assigned to us. Currently we act as indenting agents for Indian manufacturers to sell their products in certain regions of India as well as overseas. International companies interested in selling their products in different regions of India can also avail our services.
